Our Philosophy
The Forge offers personal training in both one-on-one and small group settings. With a focus on building strength, confidence and community, you will train in a setting that was built to maximize your effort. At The Forge, you will use time-tested equipment and techniques as part of an innovative program customized to achieve your individual goals. We incorporate the classic barbell lifts, Olympic lifts, bodyweight training, kettlebell training, strongman events and other highly effective tools to create our goal-oriented programs. This is not a trend, it is a synthesis of truly effective excersizes in a highly supportive environment.
The Forge: Strength For Life.
Personal & Group Training
There is a distinct advantage to small-group training for most people. As safety and long-term success are paramount, a certain amount of one-on-one instruction should still be employed until technical proficiency is achieved. The Forge training programs are designed to begin as one-on-one sessions and upon professional recommendation, clients will be permitted to move to the group model. This method optimizes training results and has the added benefits of decreased cost and increased enjoyment.
Fitting The Forge
Strength training is for everybody, regardless of age, gender, goals or current level of fitness. Clients at The Forge will quickly realize that the benefits of strength training enhance many aspects of everyday life. Whether you are a high school athlete looking to get to the next level, a parent looking to get healthier and reduce stress, or a grandparent who wants to remain independent for years to come, The Forge is for you. Strength training isn’t just for football players and bodybuilders, it is the best way to maintain and increase muscle mass, prevent osteoporosis, combat metabolic disorders, increase functional strength for daily tasks, and is a key component of effective fat loss strategies. Let us teach you the language of Strength.
The ideal client at The Forge is someone who strives not only to improve their quality of life but who also has the desire to be part of a positive and supportive community.
